General 条款与条件
- This order expressly limits acceptance to the terms and 条件 stated herein, all additional or different terms proposed by contractor are objected to and are hereby rejected, unless otherwise provided for in writing by the Central 社区 College purchasing office.
- CHANGES: No alteration in any of the terms, 条件, 交付, 价格, 质量, 本订单的数量或规格将在未经中央社区学院采购处书面同意的情况下有效.

- SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Unless otherwise instructed, all goods are to be shipped prepaid and allowed, 目的地交货.

- WARRANTIES: The contractor warrants that all products delivered under this order shall be new, unless otherwise specified, free from defects in material and workmanship, and shall be fit for the intended purpose. 所有发现有缺陷的产品，在中央社区学院通知后，由承包商更换. All costs of replacement, including shipping charges, are to be borne by the contractor.

- TAXES: The college is exempt from tax per the Nebraska Revised Statue 77-2704.12.
