Why can’t 聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料 be recycled at CCC?

What do the numbers 1-7 on plastics mean?

What about plastics bags?

Why can’t I recycle my paper cup and plate?

What about metal and plastic bindings in paper?

What about staples in paper? 

Staples can be left in when the paper is recycled. They do not affect the recycling process. 

Is aluminum foil recyclable?

What about those mixed, aluminum-like items (e.g. gum, candy, fast-food wrappers or pudding lids)?

Although many “metal-like” materials such as gum, candy and food wrappers may look like aluminum foil, they are not recyclable. 这些“类铝”产品通常包含许多不同材料的混合物, making them hard to recycle. 目前，我们在CCC的任何供应商都不回收这些产品. Dispose of these items in the landfill waste bin.

What about recycling scrap metals?

Why do I need to empty liquids from recyclables?

Why can’t recyclables have food in them?

How clean should recyclables be?

Does recycling really “save the planet?” 

Recycling is a great way to conserve valuable natural resources; however, please always remember the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle – and their order of importance. 减少浪费和重复使用现有产品比单独回收消除了更多的影响.
